AITA for telling my nephew what to do because his computer was going nuts?

Your response is comparing a thunder to a nuclear bomb - the automatic forced windows update is done and the computer is ready to be used. Credentials needed. Tell kid to get credentials. Mom blows up because he clicked continue to sign in and I felt directly responsible because I told him to get credentials. I dont know what he told her. This was all what should be a routine thing that didn't do anything wrong. Clicking continue is not going to magically erase all the data on the computer on a new features show. The kid who was the current user had the permission. I only told him to get the credentials since he clicked continue. You act as if I changed every computer part in the laptop overnight without saying anything and then came here to ask what did I do wrong.
