There was a book written by a doctor in the USSR in the 80s, 90s about sexual education, sexual deviances etc. Basically, it was a book for malinformed Soviet parents on how to properly educate and talk about sex with their offspring. Since "there was no sex in the USSR" (see: http://usa-moscow.blogspot.com/2010/04/there-was-no-sex-in-ussr.html) this book was hugely popular. I remember there was a case study presented of a cheating wife who was complaining to the doctor and telling him: "I cheated on my husband because he is a drunkard. Now he proudly says what a man he is because his children are so smart and getting good grades and that alcohol doesn't impact anything. Little does he know that his children really are not his. I did it because - genes." Now, I did read it when I was younger and I believed her reasoning and I was thinking - yeah, you go, wife (lol), fuck that alcoholic. Now I see only an excuse to satiate the tingles and quite possible the "alcoholic" was not that much of a drinker anyway.
