Allen Carr is RIDICULOUS

It's helpful to no-one to knock a method of quitting that has worked for many. And one week is no mean feat when it comes to helping a current heavy smoker to make that first step. So I think the tone of your post is somewhat over-sneering .

This doesn't surprise me. I don't like all I see on there . I've read much of your site already, and used it alongside Allen Carr, both are excellent resources, for different people, and at different times.

Now one thing really jarred. The demonisation of a man who had quit smoking successfully two years previously but had been given just weeks to live after being diagnosed with advanced and terminal cancer. And he took up smoking again, with good humour, because he was dying soon anyway and decided to take what little pleasures he could in the time remaining. And the Why Quit lot wrote such awful things about him. How much respect they`'d lost for him.

You cold hearted tw8ts, Why Quit. At one point did you disappear so far up your behinds that you'd mock a man dying a horrible death?

Good on you, OP, in quitting for 11 days and becoming an expert, with an absolute certainty that you'`ll never smoke again.

But....you know... bullshit,man.

You don`t know what you're talking about. So stop mocking others that are quitting. You remind me of another temporary account that also used to come on here to attack Allen Carr. Turned out he was selling nicotine containing vapes.
