My on campus placements are not very attractive or interesting, many companies that come to my campus

Oh, not interesting? Well, why don't you startup on your own if you have interesting ideas? Seems that even though you are privileged enough to at least have companies come to campus, you're apparently talented enough to be able to reject all of them because you do not find them interesting.

Where can I find proper platform and active jobs that is legit and not wasting my time by filling and applying for forms which they won't even look.

Nothing like this exists. Like you, there's thousands applying. If you're tired and whatever is coming your way is not upto your mark, step away from the race. Find something else to do.
