Switching to Game Dev

Might sound weird but people in west who are working as a game dev for years are suffering (Not ALL).

On Telegram or Quora (3 years back) a guy was earning $100-$130k (don't remember exact figure) and now there's no turning back, had several yoe. He didn't recommend to choose it after a small query. If you are curious I can just say he was in his mid 40s now might be in late 40s with grey hairs and beard. Maybe you will find him after your research on Quora.

But still a guy when I was in Jr College (11&12) completed a diploma course and was earning good at 20. Possibility or luck who knows?

It was 3 years back, so don't hate me. Coz during covid I was confused too and we all were for choosing a career.

Think twice, there are 1000s of games on Playstore but not every game is that good.

It's like dabble around a little. Like we do for freelance and if it's meant for you go for it or else you will suffer but not that much as you have 1 yoe.
