Why American Luxury cars interior inferior to Germans

Am I the only one who just doesn't give a flying fuck about that extra 10% or 20% of quality and refinement that separates American cars from the Germans?

Like, who is this anally pedantic person with a fetish for rubbing every single surface of their interior every single time they get in their car AND THE THE HELL SHOULD I EVER DESIRE TO BE THAT AUTISTIC???

The only time I ever even come in contact with my dashboard or 90% of my door panel is when I'm wiping it down with a microfiber and some detailing spray.

I'm honestly not even sure my bare skin has ever even come in contact with the top of my dash so why should I give two shits if a German car makes their dashboards from a slightly more supple plastic that's going to cost me thousands of dollars more and I'm never even going to touch anyway????

This interior quality discussion is such a stupid circlejerk....

American cars don't need to step up shit.

American cars are all about offering you maximum value per dollar.

Raising the price of a car by thousands of dollars so that you can have the finest dead dinosaur goo petroleum product interior that you'll never even touch anyway IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
