I don't dislike people though, that's the thing. Being asocial, I do prefer spending the vast majority of my time isolated from others to get some peace and quiet, but I do enjoy sitting down to talk with other people who're interested in hearing what I have to say about various topics on occasions. I also enjoy helping out others if I'm able to do so.

Overall, I don't see myself as a misanthrope because I don't hate people, I don't hold any malice toward others, or anything else of the sort because I simply don't care anymore about what people do or think as long as they don't interfere in my life. Or, in layman's terms, "I'll respect you until you give me a reason not to."
