As a citation for this quote, Canary Mission links to a video on Youtube, with a time stamp, but the video has since been removed by Youtube due to a content policy violation. In principle it is possible that this is an elaborate conspiracy to make a sourceless claim, but it seems more likely to me that this was a legitimate quote that got removed by youtube because of its antisemitism.

They link to a second statement on his Facebook page defending this same statement, but that page too has been removed by Facebook for a content violation.

Long story short, it's impossible to see the words directly from the horse's mouth because no one is willing to host his content.
