Hermes' hats seem worthless in stat value compared to what they cost to make, no? Quite literally not even worth the time to walk them into creation. Unless the wiki is missing info and they do in fact increase your Agility.

I can share some notes I did for dq8 low level

I'm not doing a low level route. If anything I hate them and this game not scaling your teammates to your level after they join is one of the shittiest parts about the game or any that I've played. Especially since it's not a problem in other Level-5 games or Final Fantasy XII.
