Any thoughts on Texas' social media law?

I work for a worldwide corporation. My employer does not prohibit me from accessing reddit from work (within reason). If I access reddit from work, depending on what exit node the company routes me to, I could appear to be coming from one of five US states or two foreign countries. When I use the web at work I often see ads intended for other geographies. There is no intent to hide my location. This is just how our company internet works.

People who use SpaceX Starlink for internet access cannot be geolocated either.

The internet was not designed to support geolocation. It just happens that much of the time you can assign an IP address to a location, but it isn't accurate enough to either (a) detect and block Texas users or (b) not falsely identify non-Texas users as being in Texas.
