Have any of you used Android? Why did you switch back or never even thought about using Android?

I currently use an android device as my main phone but before I had this one, I owned an iPhone 5 as my first smartphone. Here are my thoughts.

The iPhone feels fast and fluid. Everything just works. I've seen my friends use their iPhone in tandem with their macs so easily but I never did get too invested into the Apple ecosystem. Iphones feel great in hand, a lot better than my nexus 6. The speaker is loud for a single, mono one. Camera software easily trumps most android devices I've owned, and I've had quite a few. Software is great and picture quality is rivaled only by the Lumia 1020 IMO. I currently have an iPhone 6 sitting around and the thin and light design is a stark contrast to my thick and heavy N6. It's a phone that I want to hold. As for android and the nexus 6, I love the customization. The OS is fast and fluid, and the stories of an extremely laggy OS is long gone. Their are some hiccups and it's not as fast or fluid in some situations compared to iOS but it gets the work done. Widgets are amazing for utility and can look pretty awesome on the home screen, depending on how you organize it. The app tray is something that doesn't bother me between the two. IOS is a layout of all apps on your home screen and app tray is for most android version and I accept that. Camera software is usually lacking compared to the iPhone. The best camera Software on any android I've used is probably the G3. My N6 stereo speakers are great for whenever I use them, it's a great addition that I love having around. Now, going further into customization, it's simply unmatched. You can do a lot of wonder things! And to the guy who said jailbreak Inc an iPhone let's you do everything android does let me say this, no. I've jailbroken before and sure it opens up a lot of tweaks but android still has the edge and when you root a device, not possible for all cause of bullshit carrier regulations, you have even more options. Don't like your launcher? Download a new one (no root requirement) Want to change your app icons? Download an icon pack (again no root) want to mess around with nav keys? Xposed has you covered. Want your phone to do a certain thing when requirements are matched? Install Tasker. Want to install a ROM for extended features? You can! Rooting and unlocking bootloader is simply amazing. Android also allows you to move files from your device to your computer without the use of an iTunes-like program and vice versa. I never really liked iTunes do its my opinion. I know this is a long read but he'll, Apple and Google are vastly different. Don't take my word for it. To all users who are thinking of switching from one to the other, give it a try if possible. You might even like the competing OS. I sure did. And while it may sound like I'm siding with Android and bashing iOS, I'm not. I respect what apple has to offer but I can no longer use an iOS device as my daily driver. I can do more on Android than I can on Apple, even the selection of reddit apps are better on Android (again, personal opinion) so that's my experience with both operating systems.
