I live in an all girls dorm and other residents keep letting their boyfriends use the girls' showers and restrooms. I feel angry and unsafe

It’s not about them being in the halls. It’s about them wandering the halls at night and not knowing if they’re someone who broke in or not. It’s about men being in our showering areas where we are at our most vulnerable. It’s about tons of girls SPECIFICALLY CHOOSING AN ALL GIRLS DORM because of past trauma with men. I do not have that trauma so there is no assailant for me to project my image of all men onto. The vast majority of my friends are men and I know they’re good people, but I respect my fellow residents enough to accompany them in the dorm halls so that they know they are safe. The man in the hallway I described at the end was a tall man standing completely still and glaring at me in a dark hallway at 1 am. I don’t care who you are: that’s fucking scary. I am not scared of men.
