Anyone else’s husband make every excuse not to help?

I set out 2 pairs of scissors, 2 tape dispensers, and wrapping paper, laid all the presents out and told him to come in the bedroom, once he got there I locked the door and told him he was helping. He threw a small fit but proceeded to help telling me how easy it was and why couldn't i just do it so he can relax after working. Don't care, you're helping me, we are doing this together and not stopping until it's all done. It will take half the time if you both do it.

As they loaf while we clean, cook, prepare its the least they can do. I've spent every Christmas eve staying up the entire night wrapping presents, which is backbreaking labor. Put your foot down. Get everything together and corner him. He won't like it, if he refuses its probably time for a serious talk about helping you out or marriage counseling if those talks have gone right over his head. We can't do everything.
