I believe he just really has no intention to change his financial situation and that is where i'm angry. Another example, We've had custody of his kids for about 8 almost 9 months now due to some personal issues with his bm. He pays child support to her still which is almost $300.00 a month, we could obviously use that as the kids are taken care of over here and it would help. Again she does not contribute to anything with that money and I keep track of everything. No clothes, no money, anything. His case worker advised if he applies through medical insurance for them through the state under our address and they can see they live with us, he gets taken off of child support. It's that easy but he has not done it. Irritated at this point. If you think it's better for me to make a separate account, I will.
