Had my interview July 12th. It went great and the officer said everything was fine until he found a red flag. Apparently when I was a student I failed to maintain status according to SEVIS. It took me by surprise since I was super careful about something like this and never failed status. Finished my studies and transitioned from F1 Visa to O1 Visa. He said it would take 2-3 days for him and his supervisor to overpass the flag and get my GC approved since it is a marriage based green card and not work related. It's been two weeks and my case still shows 'Interview scheduled'. Anyone else had this kind of red flag before and know how long would it take?
