Is it right to sue USCIS for making me and my husband wait 6 years even for a marriage interview?

1) Are you physically in the U.S.?

2) Is your husband a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident?

3) Did you get the receipts file with USCIS? Is this an I-130 + I-485 (Adjustment of Status)? Or did you enter illegally, and need to get a waiver to do the Consular Process?

NOBODY who marries a US citizen waits 6 years for a green card. Most likely your attorney didn't file the forms with USCIS 6 years ago.... I wouldn't know what to recommend unless I know the information above. However, inquiring with your Congressman (for free), they would get the case moving pretty fast. I just can't believe this case hasn't been adjudicated. The only thing that could have happened is that maybe your attorney was so neglectful that sent requested evidence every 6 months... and still more documents were missing, so the case was not ready to be sent to a field office for an interview
