As a woman I want to throw some caution to what these people are advising. If you go up to a woman who is sitting alone and ask “can i talk to you for a minute?” She’s gonna be super on edge and be thinking - “what the fuck does this guy want?” Just be natural. If you are sitting down to eat, look for someone sitting alone ask if they mind if you sit down- and strike up conversation if it seems appropriate or If you actually have something to talk about. If you are going to study or read a book or whatever- same thing applies. The idea that a man would approach a woman for ‘practice’ is weird. Use parties and class to talk to women and people in general. Otherwise I would suggest thinking about why you want to talk to someone. Her having a vagina is not really a good enough reason.
