Arabic Style Macaroni

Arabic Macarona

Servings: 5

Ingredients

• 6 oz of spaghetti noodles

• ½ lb ground beef

• 1 onion, diced

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ¼ tsp cinnamon

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 10 oz can tomato sauce

• 1 tbsp tomato paste

• 1 cube chicken bouillon

• 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large pot, fry onions in olive oil until it's transparent.

  3. Add ground beef and brown it.

  4. While ground beef is browning, in another pot boil spaghetti noodles normally.

  5. Drain fat.

  6. Add all spices to meat.

  7. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, bouillon, and two cups water. Stir it all together.

  8. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

  9. Drain spaghetti and add to sauce in pot, mix well.

  10. Add the mixture to a casserole dish.

  11. Put it on the middle rake uncovered.

  12. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until thickened and top is slightly roasted.

  13. Remove from oven, let rest (5-7 minutes), and enjoy!
