So on one hand you say that it's a great way to run a society and then also say it isn't because they are all nazi Germany. How do you reconcile those two comments?

Because nazi Germany was run by a genocidal racist moron who thought it was a good idea to invade all of Europe.

And if you know any examples please tell, I'd be interested, only other one I could think of was Spain.
