Are any of these (predatory) practices used by Sony/PSN illegal in the United States?

So then why doesn't the "market" get involved here? I understand these are the terms they're setting beforehand, but these are absolutely ridiculous.

Particularly denying you access to your own catalog of games once they're downloaded to your own system and requiring you to log in to PSN / forcing them to "expire" even after a period of time.

Meanwhile, somehow those "owned games" can't be refunded once it's on your system. Because its owned by you! But they can rescind access to them whenever?

Whether or not this is the agreement they're setting, they don't seem to be fair terms and there's no alternative once you've purchased a game.

It's like a deal with the devil and it doesn't feel like this is the way it should be in a fair system even if it's THEIR PRODUCT you're agreeing to. This is just ridiculous.
