Sigh, so hear I go. I know this subreddit is politically liberal. I assumed I would find nasty things about McCain but instead I find patriotism and honor And it makes me proud. I am a republican who voted for Trump... I know..., I said it. Beyond political beliefs both parties are claiming we have lost our humanity for the other. I hope one day. When Trump isn't president anymore, we can move forward as a country and still have the humanity, no matter what political beliefs. I still remember after 9/11, the way this country came together. Every vehicle on the interstate had an American flag. We went out in the streets and held hands with neighbors for candle light viguels. I really hope we still have that as a country. And this gives me hope. No matter what the current trends are, we still need to remember to love thy neighbor and to forgive. - I'll get off my soap box now, thanks for reading.
