Arkansas hospital exec says employees are walking off the job: 'They couldn't take it anymore'

I recently started working as a customer service technician (basically, a delivery driver) for a medical supply company and they still have those stupid ass "Heroes work here" signs up plastered on the front of our building and plastered on our trucks. It makes me sick seeing this shit. It's so empty and condescending.

It pays good (way better than anything from my last jobs), but holy shit, I can't decide who is more incompetent: the customer service people at our company who don't seem to fact check and make sure we get the correct address and delivery dates or the health care company who pushes orders out at such a ridiculous pace and our drivers continually get overwhelmed.
