Arrested for assault and battery the day after it happened.

You both said "let my lawyer do his job" I'm not saying he isn't, but that's the reason why I am posting here to see if I can get any other advice.

I shouldn't have to explain something that has no buisness being discussed with a potential employer. Unless I felt like I was really being judged by said employer, then I would explain in context that it was a personal family matter so that they understand this is not who I am.

I have a superb work history and with personal shit I'm going through being unemployed and trying to find a job, now I have this charge in the mix. Yeah it's my fault and I take full responsibility but why do I need to be treated like a criminal for the rest of my life.
