Was this asbestos? I’m really concerned.. read comments

I’m super worried I’ve been exposed to asbestos when removing linoleum/vinyl flooring..

Hi everyone, Last year we did some renovations on our house which included having to get rid of some of the old vinyl/linoleum flooring. A year later and I’m really worried I’ve exposed myself to potential asbestos.. Here are some images of what the flooring looked like once the vinyl/linoleum was removed: • https://i.imgur.com/TYLpNkG.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/LzzXD7U.jpg (in this image you can see the vinyl/linoleum nailed to the floor, that we removed) Checking previous asbestos tests, I can see that the “Linoleum / Vinyl floor tile” test(s?) said: • “asbestos NOT detected” • “Synthetic mineral fibres detected” However I’m not entirely sure if they tested the bottom layer of the old kitchen flooring. There was a layer of linoleum/vinyl beneath the top layer of flooring which was also linoleum/vinyl. I’m wondering if they only tested the top layer of flooring.. Is it likely the green/brown stuff shown in the photo is asbestos? If so, how screwed am I? I helped scrape some of the flooring away. I’m also extra concerned considering a family member decided to sand that green/brown stuff on the floor away (I didn’t help sand). We were wearing gloves and just the normal masks (covid guidelines and having builders in the same space). I’ve been having major anxiety over this for days at this point. I can’t stop thinking about it.
