DeGustibus Hospitality owned "Indigo Burger Project" has some of the elegant and contemporary décors which lend a warm vibe to this place. Burgers prepared here are fresh, not frozen and have an infusion of local Indian flavors and innovations such as the Soya Mince-Kolhapuri Burger, Old Monk Infused Chicken Burger which is Infusing old monk into succulent chicken chunks, they serve this amazing fusion burger that has the crispiness of lettuce as well as onions with delicious BBQ sauce The burger lives up to its name, as the meat is full of flavor and balanced against crunchy, fresh vegetables. You need not worry if you are abstaining from meat, there are plenty of options like BBQ veggies burger, Chettinad spice burger, the fully loaded nachos with double-decker BBQ sandwich, Cottage Cheese Burgers were some of their other recommended food. Easy-on-the-wallet, the burgers here are extremely affordable and made with good quality ingredients. Freshly prepared, upon being ordered, the wait, fortunatel is not too long. We absolutely loved their service as the courteous staff took us through the menu and explained different types of burgers
