Bad diets killing more people globally than tobacco, study finds

Yep, they are addicted af.

Source: I drink 2 liters of orange/lemon soda daily. Before i drinked 1-4 (500ml) Monster Energy cans every day, since i moved, i dont drink any energetic drink anymore, but the need of sugar has stayed.

But at least i dont eat trash food anymore, i have reduced my meat consumption in at least 80%, i walk 6Km every day in the mountains and dont drink anything stronger than beer. My diet is mediterranean, basically pasta, cereal integral bread, homemade pizza with regional vegetables, potatos, onions, nuts, milk, cheese, and some bacon, spanish ham, olive oil extra virgin, tomatos, etc...

In the bad side, 2 liters of soda and 15-20 cigarretes every day.

So, in my opinion, you can have bad habits, if you compensate with good habits. But im addicted to that sweet brainfuel, so this can be a excuse, i feel great and i dont feel unhealthy (im not fat) I burn a big part of sugar with intensive gaming.
