Bad Leadership!

Like we get it, praise the higher ranking, I just don’t feel I need to stand to awkwardly say hello

Depending on who it is, this isn't praising leadership, it's a sign of respect.

supervisor insist on me taking out his and other higher ranking Airman’s trash as well.

Paying dues, we've all had to do it, and it's almost tradition. It's also making sure fire hazards are kept to a minimum.

Finally, what’s the deal with needing to show up at exactly 0800?! My supervisor asked why I was late when I showed up today at 0805.

There's a reason why the term "military precision" is a thing. Even though it's low impact for you to be late, 5 minutes in some instances will get people killed. That being said, 5 minutes is fine for flex time, and your supervisor should probably get that stick out of their ass. That being said, just leave your residence 5 minutes earlier.
