Bad loans jumped 90 per cent in the Q4 as borrowers default on restructured debt

I have a credit card card debt that I have not paid, but I do intend to, but not yet. Here's why:

I made a credit card from DerpCFC Bank for a limit of Rs.70,000 credit limit. I spent it all in a month, my statement came and I deposited Rs.20,000 in it.

Then I kept paying Rs.4000 for next 6 months. Thats another Rs.18,000 paid to the bank.

Then somehow I lost track and couldn't pay for next 3 months. Got a statement of Rs.200,000 as pending dues the fourth month. Followed by goons at my home who came to my house and yelled on the road "BC paise de nahi tere ghar ka saman utha ke le jayenge"...

I met with bank officials and requested a settlement - We agreed to settle the loan at Rs.50,000. They said they will be emailing me the settlement letter in a couple of hours.

I came back home and realized bank has deducted all the money from my savings account (Rs.20,000) and then I tried to contact the officials with whom I did settlement negotiations...they were not reachable.

Another set of goons arrived at 9 in the night, I was not at home - told my mom - "aapke bete ko samjhao, paise dede nahi uski aisi taisi kar denge..."

After a couple of days - I called up the collection agency dealing with my case, asked them I wanted to speak to the manager. The conversation went something like this:

Me: Hello, tu manager hai? Manager: yes mai hu, kab dene paise? tu vahi credit card wala hai na herp kumar? Me: jaa nahi deta paise...laga le gaand ka jor...BC aaj ke baad ghar aya to police complain kar dunga...court orders liye bina mat aiyo. Manager: teri maaki, behen ki, maar dunga, kaat dunga, betichod ye vo Me: Tu paise nakl ke dikha ab...BC..and disconnected.

Loan has been written off by the bank.
