Ballerina Aesha Ash is wandering around inner city Rochester in a tutu to change stereotypes about women of color and inspire young kids

She's going to inspire girls. They're going grow up with dreams of being like the beautiful, graceful ballerina. Unfortunately you're right, most will never be able to achieve it; however, they're going to remember it. When they're raising daughters of their own, the daughters will be exposed to the beautiful ballet dancers their mom loves to watch and they'll have dreams of being a beautiful ballerina. If they're lucky they'll have a mom who has planned on being able to provide dancing opportunities for them. If not, they'll continue the cycle with their daughters. She may not be able to fix this generation, but her influence may be felt in future generations. It's always better to try to do good than to say it's hopeless and give up. With the first there is a possibility of good being done, in the second there isn't.
