FWIW I don't think the standards laid out by FDS are high standards at all - it is basically how to find and date guys who might actually give a shit.

So many of us have been socialised into being complete pushovers that we've now reached a point where wanting a guy to pay for dinner on a date, communicate respectfully, and demonstrate you're a priority to them is considered being "too picky'.

We've now reached a point where society is saying that expecting men to look after themselves, have a job and treat women with respect is too much to ask of them! This should be the bare minimum.
