My thoughs on Ekko after a Full Day of Instalocking!

Its true and I'm not sorry. Riot released too fun of a champion. Been playing Ekko all day....so much fun. Good job riot..great champ. Some people yelled at me in game for the instalock..but to be fair, I would have called it first almost every time if it weren't for being disconnected from chat in most of my games. Rito Pls.

People may already be calling for nerfs...i've seen a lot of people targeting his Ultimate that needs nerfing. I have seen many people who are against nerfing saying...well wait...Ziggs can do just as much damage. So can Leblanc..so can XYZ.

The PROBLEM is that ziggs ult...or even LB's W Ult is far more predictable. Ziggs poke is similar to Ekko. But Ziggs' ult time is a world of difference in time. LB's W ult requires much closer range therefore making it much more predictable and far easier to avoid/mitigate the damage. With Ekko, the damage is nearly instant and just as, if not, more devastating.

However once people learn the champion and know to stay the fuck away from that ghost...then we will see some less "op" plays. So if the nerfs come, which sure as youre born, they will..due to public outcry...I for one hope they don't nerf the ultimate damage. Give it time. Time for people to learn it and respect it.

Which brings me to my next point:

Ekkos Passive. You can proc your passive with Ekko and separate yourself from a chasing team/champ. Need to use that ult now? Great! Make some plays! But If you ask me its his passive that needs nerfing. Its Vaynes passive coupled with a disgusting slow and a jinx speed passive combined. Not to mention the RIDICULOUS damage it does. I mean..if you are fed..mid game you are talking about 35% or so hp on someone without MR....aka most mid laners.

Just my 2 cents. Either way..so much fun.
