Besides cheating, what is the most fucked up thing your S.O. ever said or did to you? [serious]

I was dating this guy who cheated on me with his exgirlfriend and then told me about it (good on him). When I told him we were over (obviously) he freaked out and started screaming about "how could I just walk away that easily and abandon him like this" and started throwing things and threatening to kill himself. He struggled with mental illness, so I took his threats seriously and I tried to do the right thing- I told him that I wouldn't continue to date him, but that I wouldn't leave him alone. After a few weeks, we were together almost constantly, because he would threaten to kill himself if I didn't spend an inordinate amount of time with him. He never once expressed remorse for cheating on me, but he constantly told me "If you leave me, I will kill myself." We started having sex again, after a few months, because he was super pushy and I was willing to do anything to make myself feel a little better about myself, even if just for a second (him cheating on me destroyed my already weak self-esteem). One night we were in the middle of it and he called me by his ex-girlfriend's name. I got upset and he was like "So what, I was thinking about her, what's the big deal?" I was finally done and I told him to leave my apartment. He, again, threw a huge fit and threw stuff and screamed and sobbed and threaten to kill himself if I made him leave and I told him that I didn't believe him and he had to go. I also told him that if he decided he wanted help, that I would take him to a mental health facility. I finally got him out of my apartment. A few days later I checked him into a facility. Following his release, he started stalking me but was really shitty at it, so I realized what was happening. I was scared that he could get violent, so for several months I had friends escorting me to and from my car and to and from classes. At the end of the following semester he dropped out of school because I "ruined his life and destroyed his ability to function."
