Best form of zinc for libido/erections and zinc glycinate questions?

I’ve tested several zincs in the past, and doing the same again recently.

Hands down zinc picolinate works on my erections like nothing else, rock hard. No other zinc compares to it in my book when it comes to erection hardness.

Yesterday I got my zinc picolinate after experimenting with 50mg Biglycinate a day for a week, didn’t have much effect on erection quality. I took both of them, the zinc picolinate being only 22mg. Last night I was rock hard twice, I came once a few hours earlier, and came again a few hours later. There’s you real time data for you, literallyl last night.

The only problem I do have with picolinate, is insomnia, this is why I got a lower dose this time around (22mg instead of 50mg). Then again I think Biglycinate gives me insomnia as well. But then other zincs like citrate or the ones found in Zma don’t. But then again I don’t get the rock hard erections from the others like I do with picolinate.

Regardless I’d recommend getting picolinate at 22mg or 25mg, and trying 1 or 2 of those out a day max. If you’re prone to insomnia start with one a day. And enjoy.
