Is this switch actually good?

Dude! :D I'm not gonna tell you whether you should or shouldn't but I'm literally in the same boat as you! 8 months ago I was 190 20% body fat. Currently weigh 165 10.7% body fat and dropping. I have a body building trainer as well. My goal is 8% body fat as well. I was told to actually not use creatine while cutting. As for macros protein is at 220g (the extra 20 is from whey) 330g carb 72g fat 2500-2800 cal avg a day with 2 days cardio on, 1 day off. i take bcaa, whey, and I drink 2 cups of milk a day. I was told by my trainer that hitting the calorie count and macros, and not eating processed foods will be the ticket to 8% I'm not an expert but this is my personal experience with it. Hope it remotely helps and good luck with hitting 8%!
