Supplements to make me feel warmer/deal with cold intolerance better

Drinking enough water will increase your blood volume and make your blood thinner, thus more easy to move through your veins and arteries reaching your extremities.

Fresh lemon juice and omega 3's also have blood-thinning effects which is why their use is prohibited before surgery.

Checking your thyroid status is also something to look for as one of the tell-tale signs of hypothyroidism is reduced circulation to the extremities and cold hands and feet.

Apart from that, you may consider taking supplements that contain some of the following blood-invigorating ingredients:

  • Green tea.
  • Parsley.
  • Bilberry (wild blueberry).
  • Ginkgo Biloba.
  • Horse chestnut.
  • Willow bark.
  • Cayenne pepper.
  • Hawthorn.

I have personally found great success with Cayenne pepper and ginger. I add them in my homemade lemonade every morning and make ginger tea 3-4 times / week.
