I accidentally bought Ashwaganda Root extract not KSM 66, should I return it?

"only a root extract". What the hey is KSM 66. Hope it's not any stronger than root extract bc the hybrid tabs I bought back when I bought tablets of anything took me down the first time and I'd broken one in HALF so way too strong for me. Then they did the adaptogen game on me as usual. I recall how sedated I was the first time- when I needed sleep bad but couldn't. Kept me up ALL NIGHT and next day - and it's was'nt a nice scene at all. So then I remember it was a second wind when I later needed one. Down again. So I dunno what your after but extract is very likely strong enough if not too much starting out. DO do your own research and DON"T follow what some crowd is buying and hyping up because people are all the same and different but never just one or the other. Comm's on social media tend to lean toward the dumber side of things ime like mega high dosing things that making having a good long term experience practically impossible- at least not without problems they'll publicise, thus adding fuel to tricky legislation that is always making rounds in attempt to put supplementation in the hands of Rx drug makers or outright bans. I'm fighting this bs all the time so figure things out for yourself. Never follow a crowd blindly. If ur asking them, ur following.
