[Idea] Range finder for Loot based on User-submitted pictures

We all know how loot locations are constantly fluctuating, right? I was thinking one day and came up with the idea of a program to determine what the best trophy ranges for loot per town hall are. Based on user submitted screenshots of recent raids and a little bit of extra information, a program could determine: the best farming trophy range, best time of day, and best/most common army compositions.

I would love to write such a program for everyone to use and would create a website for it; however, before I put time and effort into creating this (sometime next month), I want input from the people who would be using this tool, aka you guys.

A couple of questions:

• Would users be willing to input pictures of their own recent raids, and would these pictures be reliable?
• Are there any other aspects that the users would like to know?
• Should loot bonus be accounted for, or should it be assumed that the users are conscious of the varying loot bonuses?
• Should the skill level of the user be accounted for?
• Is there anything else I missed throughout this entire post?

Pretty much what I’m asking is would people use this tool, even if it required them submitting a new picture every time they wanted to access the program.

How the pictures would be used to determine all of the information necessary:

Screenshots of recent raids will provide the following:

• How much loot was gained – self explanatory
• The time of day/week – based on how long ago the raid occurred and the time the screenshot was submitted, the program would determine the time of day/week the raid occurred.
• Trophy level – in the upper mid of the raid there is an indicator of the trophy level of the defense.
• Troops used – self explanatory
• Level of town hall – user submitted, checked with levels of troops/spells and quantity of troops/spells

tl;dr: Would people be willing to submit screenshots of recent raids in exchange for access to a program that would tell them where the best loot is?
