Biden says Chinese president Xi Jinping 'doesn't have a democratic bone' in his body

China is not an ideologically motivated country

How could you think this in the face of China's clear ideological fights, with just a few off the top of my head:

  • China kidnapping a child, presumably the next Dalai Lama, in an attempt to exert control over Tibet and from hatred over their need for independence

  • China does not consider Taiwan a country because it wishes to control them

  • Movies are constantly censored in China because they may "insult" the government

  • China refuses to allow democratic elections in Hong Kong and only wishes to install its own puppet government

  • China's systematic destruction of the Uygher people, Uygher culture, and Uygher way of life through forced slavery, mass sterilization, and reeducation camps

I mean, do I really need to go on here?
