I used to follow the likes of Charles Veitch and the like on YouTube 10 years ago as they highlighted issues about ownership in public spaces, unchecked police powers, right of protest etc which had a point, to an extent. But this stuff seems to have morphed over time into this bizarre post truth era thing where so many people can access this type of stuff thinking they have a critical eye, but really really don't and lapping up nonsense online like opinions and conspiracies thinking it's facts and giving it false this equivalence and in itself giving it some legitimacy.

Its a real shame the media, like with trump just don't call it out for what it is.
