I'm prescribed two a day. not quite a 100 a month, but not that far off that its perposterous, i have one friend who gets 3 per day from my doctor + klonopins too from his other addiction counselor (not doctor shopping, he was referred to him by our common addiction specialist doctor haha)

(funny thing is our doc is an addiction specialist....sounds crazy but pumping me full of xanax and adderall(i get two 30mg pills a day of that) and suboxone got me off a 10 year opiate habit. then they weaned me off the suboxone (started at 16mg/day, weaned me own to 1mg/day over about 4 years..got me off that with 10 days of tramadol (10 pills the first, 9 pills the second..8 pills the third and so on)...then 72 hours of nothing and gave me a vivitrol shot. so i'm 100% opiate free now, never in a million years thought that would happen and it would be so painless.

i just show up once a month for that vivitrol shot and collect my 60 xanax bars and 60 adderalls (thirty 30mg instant release, thirty 30mg xr)

my buddy is still on suboxone, so he has to go once a week and just has bottles and bottles of bars and kpins and subs laying around. he literally can't enough of them and sells all his subs (because he fakes his urine tests and has no intention of actually quitting dope any time soon..if ever. and he doesn't even like his adderall so he gets 60 of them a month for like a $2 co pay then sells them all at $20 or more a piece to prostitutes. (hookers really love amphetamines i guess)

greedy fucker won't even hook me up with a couple when i run out early because i cant afford to match the prices these hookers are willing to pay. they're obviously all heroin addicts too, but jesus christ, i swear they are turning tricks more for their adderall habit than anything else.
