Why can’t you sleep?

I keep becoming psychically fatigued as soon as I get home. I might only work for three hours over lunchtime and I come home and need to sleep. On Friday, I wasn’t even sure that I’d be able to work the night shift because I didn’t even have the strength to lift my head. I’d slept 9-10 hours the night before and then taken another two naps beforehand. When I’m working I’m fine though, I just yawn a lot. All of the naps are messing with my sleep cycle.

My whole body itches when it comes into contact with heat, or maybe it’s certain fabrics, I’m not really sure, meaning that some nights, lying under the sheets is torture. I also have a headache at the moment. I really need to see a doctor.
