I have cancer (Hodgkins Lymphoma) and I finally had to shave my head due to my hair falling out from chemo. I'm in severe pain and slowly losing my mind. I could use a toast as I go through this, thanks! P.S. the scars on my neck are from my thyroid cancer surgery. 2020, the year I got TWO cancers!

My uncle, who has thyroid cancer as well, told me to tell you “I hope you get your taste back soon! I know you said you’re not girly, but you’re pretty face didn’t fool me for a second!”

Seriously though OP, 2 cancers! My god OP! Any tips on how you handle the stress so well? You’ve already been through more than what most people have been through in a lifetime! If any of us reading your post can handle what you’re going through with HALF the amount of grace and composure you seem to have, wed only be half the woman you are, and I’m not just saying that. I really mean it OP, it takes a special kind of strength and perfection to be able to go through this kind of life-changing news to be able to power through it with hope for the future.
