Cannabis should be legal and tobacco illegal, says new survey

I would like to say a thing on this topic. First, many people like to glorify cannabis with no real arguments. These people are mostly teen "stoners" who think that because nobody has ever died from weed it is perfectly safe for use. Or because it is a plant that "god" gave it should not be illegal and isnt harmful. There are many more examples like this i dont want to bother with, my point is cannabis IMO should not be so glorified because it sure doesnt make you grow new brain cells (only maybe new pathways in brain), and it sure doesnt kill cancer cells. Second, i think it is hypocritical for someone to say which substance is safe and which isnt. Not everything is black and white, there are much more influences on what is safe and what isnt starting from dose to personal health. Furthermore, i think prohibition is the worst possible way to stop people from hurting themself. And many drugs have other positive effects for someones health, as for weed is known to be beneficial in lessening the nausea in chemotherapy and helping in multiple sclerosis patients and so on. Amphetamines are also used by ADHD patients, MDMA is proven to help patients with PTSD, i read that LSD can be benfitial in treating OCD, and probably many more drugs can be used to treat various disorders. What i propose to as a solution is education: 1. All drugs legal when used in a benefit of someones health 2. All drugs legal for recreational use under this condition: if someone wants to use some substance a "drivers licence"-test-like for drug must be passed just for one substance or group of substances (i dont know how it is in the US but in my country in europe people need to go to classes and after that pass an exam to get the drivers licence).Of course for every drug or group of drugs there is its own exam and class. People will of course pay that exam and classes which would teach people of drugs chemistry, pharmacology, what and how it works, effects, and mostly harm reduction, bad after effects and dependece. After passing that exam (which IMO should be passed with 100% in harm reduction and related questions) people get a card and with the card they can buy the drug they passed the exam for in state or national owned pharmacy. At that pharmacy the employee may or may not sell the drug based on frequency and quantity one has bought in the past. Employee scans the card and sees all informations needed (starting from drugs licences to rehabs in past and what drugs has been bought and so on). 3. All drugs forbidden for children under 18. 4. All kinds of drugs selling (which would be probably mostly to kids), smugling, production, etc. by unauthorised person should be punished with some serious time in prison. 30+ years would be perfect IMO.

Thats it, that is how i would organize and solve drug related problems . If someone has something to add or im missing something please say. Also sorry for my english :)
