Are you serious? Those are trolling comments. They serve no purpose they're meant to antagonize. They're actually what you're supposed to downvote via Reddit etiquette.

Do you mean he DOES deserve a second chance? And by that you mean a 8th or 9th chance, because that's what it'd be at this point. Why? He's done stuff that got him justifiably banned/downvoted & created an alt to get back in. Many times. Usernames aren't supposed to be what gets banned, people are.

And he's not permanently banned by the mods probably because he normally wouldn't need to be. His downvote threshold used to be able to prevent him from commenting, so he'd move on to a new alt. And no one is asking for his removal probably because its fun to use him as a punching bag and you can get cheap upvotes making fun of him? It used to be like whack-a-mole. Personally I think it's funny because for someone who claims to just be a troll, he gets so easily worked up.

Anyway, wouldn't it be better to ask HIM why he keeps coming back or why he puts himself through it? He's kind of just the guy in the trenchcoat near the playground at this point.
