I joined an LFG post saying something about 'godmode guardians for a quick run' and since then, I have had success asking for "Tryhard god group. Speed run."

It doesn't even attract assholes. It seems to just attract pretty chill, competent LFG raiders with the caveat they are all repressing frustration at the skill of the average raider. And some people looking for carries but they were weeded out.

I've tried it three times so far, first full raid was smashed to Aksis phase 2 no wipes, then it turned out two guys had been carried the whole way because Aksis is the fight people have to do things on their own, they were replaced with the same post and one wipe later it was an easy two phase. Next two were Aksis phase 2 only, both were done first try. And the groups weren't ultra silent full of endless flame, they were quite merry.

When people made mistakes, they owned up to the mistakes and worked as a group around issues, like offering rotations, going over positioning and stuff. Only, after those options had been exhausted and the person had still made no progress improving, they weren't afraid to call people out and tell them to step up their game or get replaced, because no one was getting it done until something changed and no one had the heart to spend three hours over which everyone would only get tired and the skill would further drop.

Anyway, despite what people say, try an 'elitist' message like that. You might get the same success.
