I'm pretty sure its entirely dependent on whenever a mod ends up looking at it and filling it therselves. I did it like 2 days ago and its still not up. Alls good though its a holiday weekend after all. There is a pattern too it if you notice so everyone is assigned in an order kinda like how in PE class sometimes people would be lined off and numbered for teams.

You could try to guess what team you'll be on using that and start getting acquantied I'm sure nobody would mind and whenever the list is updated, if you're not on the team you've been posting with just start posting on the new team. Its pre-challenge so it won't hurt anyone to just introduce yourself and post there.
