The challenges of him working from home vs. me not - need advice.

Hi, Over 30. I'd post this to r/relationships, but I don't want kids' advice. I need insight from adults.

There is also /r/RelationshipsOver35

I had similar problems with an ex-GF.

She was long term unemployed, living in her father's home, and then trying to start a small service business that took up maybe 15 hours a week of her time.

She simply did not remember, at a gut level, what it feel like to come home after 8 hours & a commute.

You have to have a Frank talk with your husband about the realities of the situation. You have to compromise. You have to go do somehting with him on the weekend ( with notification and planning ) and maybe 1 night a week ( go to the gym together? dinner out? ). He also has to fend for himself in finding something to do out of the house, during the day.
