Have applied for roles in Operations and change management, data Analytics, Team leader roles for credits

Basic Excel slills and some SQL query skills arent really enough for these roles. Most of these roles are going to require experience as well as skills. For change management and Operations(at a bank i assume) maybe add ITIL V4 cert to yourself, but again, a bank or otjer large corporation isnt going to hire you for change managent just based on that alone as it will require some fairly in depth knowledge around their systems and processes.

If its a career change, maybe look for computer operator roles at a bank. Its entry level IT and will get you a foot.in the door.

Aint noone hiring a change management member, or data analytics person with no experience.
