Children on millionaires/ billionaires ? What are pros and cons of having rich parents ?

Pretty sure my dad and my grandparents (on my dad's side) are millionaires. My Dad's house isn't on zillow since he's owned it for ~20 years, neighboring housing are listed ~850-1mil in Orange County, Ca. Don't know what he makes at all but I know he was CAO of a $10 billion company when I was a kid. Grandparents have been concerned that he 'wants their money' since he took over POA (their both mid-90's).

So... just normal. Never was spoiled. 29 years old living in a shitty apartment. When I was a kid my Dad always made sure I knew if I NEEDED anything we could get it... but it was never like we bought or I got anything in excess.

He afforded me all the opportunities I could ask for... plenty of which I was too young and foolish to capitalize on, but he and especially my poor ass Mom taught me how to live a normal budgeted life.

Maybe one day I'll end up with a fat payday but it'll be at the expense of dead family so it's not really something I look forward too.
