There is good information here, but the conclusions reached are laughable. At minute 1 he begins talking about Zambia giving away it's state owned energy infrastructure to Chinese private interests.

What's the main reason the US is slow to adopt renewable energy? Because our energy grid is controlled by state sanctioned private interests who have monopoly power and have no incentive to change and implement green energy. I don't have a thorough understanding of the US entire energy infrastructure, but the two states I live in, NJ and AZ, are owned by private monopolies.

Again, why all this emphasis on China when America's own energy systems are corrupted to the core?
